Cottages & Accommodation
So far we have renovated in Kökar’s Skinnars the original main building and seven small cottages. The next one in line is the service building in the stony cowshed.
In transformation
The old ways of livelihood are disappearing in the archipelago. Agriculture is changing into tourism, fishing into birdwatching. The nature with its beauty remains.

Clean air is the trademark of Skinnars. In stormy silence, you can fill your lungs with ocean breeze and watch how birds nest in the holes of the rugged stables, rock plants bend in the wind and a pike splashes in a bed of reeds.
